Um I I think at heart I'll I will always be a builder.

But I think the form that takes on is a big part of what's changed.

My role probably isn't changing as rapidly as it was a couple of years ago.

I think it stabilized somewhat, but it still changes a lot.

There was a period where it felt like it changed, you know, monthly, weekly, sometimes even daily, from you know

Builder to where I where I am now.

I think early on I was very involved in the day to day of building our products and services.

Like I said, at one point Dan and Kim didn't even have access to our Git repo, even VLA.

Like at one point I I was starting on the code basically by myself.

So I think we got rid of all that.

So n nothing to worry about.

But I I think over time, right, like other commitments, customer calls, podcasts have grown, right?

And so

So has the number of interrupts that I get.

As that's happened, I think I I tried to move myself off the critical path for most product development and shifted more towards sort of strategic investments.

So one of the ways that this manifests I mentioned, sort of catching a lot of interrupts, is jumping into areas that are are struggling and helping them to get on track.

Interrupts.

I sometimes refer to this as smoke jumping, it's like the firefighters who

jump out of planes and parachute into areas to like cut down trees and like keep the forest fire from spreading.
