They're getting all their home buying knowledge from a real estate agent, okay?
Real estate agents look at, they work on commission.
They want the fact whether,
Whether we want to say it or not, you know, they're in their buyer's best interest.
They want to get you to the closing table.
Yeah, of course.
They will sometimes, you know, slither their way through the transaction, make you overpay, make you take concessions you shouldn't take just because they want you to get to the closing table.
I understand you got to feed your family.
