So you purchase like you get a property under contract instead of going and getting an inspection.
You bring in a two or three K consultant or inspector.
Got it.
They go in, they inspect the property, but then they build out a scope of work.
Right?
Which every construction project has.
But it's funny because the common thing is, oh, 203Ks are too much paperwork.
Or they're too much of a pain in the ass.
Or they're not worth it.
Yeah, maybe not worth it to the agent because the agent doesn't make any more money.
They make money on the purchase of the sale.
Right.
Not on the added renovation cost.
