This is amazing customer service.
It took them from a 3.6 on Trustpilot to a 4.6 in as little as a couple of months.
Which is huge from a conversion perspective.
So again, I mean, we're just delighted every day on the business impacts, the impacts on the quality of work for the people doing it, but ultimately how much better it is for consumers of these companies.
You know, there's a lot of factors.
Quality of work, definitely.
You know, repetitive work is not fulfilling.
So if alternatives come along.
The other thing is a lot of times these roles were not long tenured.
So partly because they were used to handle spikes in demand.
And, you know, Black Friday, we're right in the middle of one right now.
We'll have time recording.
A lot of times people would be hired up and then, you know, let go.
And obviously what we're seeing now are people moving into more fulfilling work.
The things they're being engaged in is a lot better.
They're doing other, they're like helping to work and train AI rather than just answer questions.
So that's, you know, that's one of the big drivers.
So we have a lot lower attention, a lot higher attention, a lot lower attrition than most organizations because of that.
