founders rightly know that they've tried to enable tech within their organizations.
But, you know, to be honest, hiring the depth of AI expertise that we were able to attract and retain, you know, is incredibly difficult if you're a services business.
Many of them have made partnerships with other bot companies, but really you're just a third party vendor and they're bolting on that bot into the process as well.
So, you know, for these founders,
We're very interested in partnering.
I think the right partners for us are organizations that see value in a combined future and not necessarily a quick exit for move forward.
Most independent BPOs are outsourcers.
And it's funny because you mentioned that business process outsourcers.
No, it's low cost labor arbitrage supply.
There ain't much business process being outsourced here.
It's like people are on the end of things.
But the, whereas actually, you know, of course we like to think we're different.
It is a whole business process optimization that we're delivering, you know, as part of this, but they're already seeing slow down in growth.
You only have to look at the, you know, the recent Taskus, which is a big vendor in this market, you know, they tried to go private, couldn't, the drop of the share price, you know, we're starting to see
A year or two ago, it was the fear of AI that was creating the issue.
Now we're starting to see the reality of AI starting to impact some of these businesses as well.
But yeah, we like to think that we're providing a great future for these businesses by working with them, taking their talent and forward deploying it and upgrading their customers to the new AI native world.
You know, I mean, because the goal here is that how can we improve customer care and make it more accessible to everybody?
And how can we help companies implement it?
