You know, aside from the benefits to their product being, you know, requires less capital from installing an irrigation system, it's a lot more efficient, you know, and much better for the environment and it's much more economic, you know, it's just a very cool innovation.

So...

Their use case on that is that let's say that I want to set this thing up.

I need to plug it in as a device.

I need to tune it and I need to make it work.

I can initiate through their app a customer service discussion.

And then the AI might say, okay, I need you to check something.

So what it can actually do is then use an MCP connection, the RAI instance, and it can tell you what status the controller is at.

So it might say it's actually running at the moment, or it's not, or I can't get a connection, it's not working.

So that's one mode interaction.

Wow.

So then when it might say is, actually, I'm not getting a connection.

Are you close to your device?

And then I'd say, oh, if you're on mobile, can you just take me with you and I'll talk you through.

Then the AI will say, well, I'm going to ask you to do things.

Would it be happier if it was easier for you if we switched to voice now and I can talk you through the process of resetting the device?

See, it talks you through it and it says, okay, can you do me a favor?

Can you just take a picture of what you're seeing right now?

and then it can scan the image.
