So my- I've seen some suspect valuations on different stuff.
So yeah, is online businesses very transparent?
Like how do you get that information?

One question I'm thinking, so I know our listeners will be thinking of it.
Who sells good, easy to run businesses if they're that good?
Why is somebody selling one of these?
Yeah, true.
We want to free up capital, we want to free up time and things, but if they are so good and easy,
Why are we selling them?
Yeah, and I can see that maybe their passion has also shifted and they're sick of writing blogs on that area or something.
No, I'm not being totally sceptic.
Yes.
That leads on perfectly to one of my questions.
So we have a lot of people that are investors, like in the share market, in property and different things, all looking to get into that.
We know with the property, you have to put down money.
We need to have a deposit and things, but then the bank will lend us money to buy that asset.
With online businesses...
What are our options to pay for them?
Do we have to have the cash?
