Anyway, and then I went to Google and nothing existed.

So I called my buddy up.

I said, hey, can you build this basic functionality for me?

He's like, yeah, absolutely.

So he built this basic functionality.

No, he was actually a roommate at one point and he was an architect at HP.

So he was like a soft engineer architect.

Brilliant, brilliant guy.

And anyway, so he did me a favor.

And for free, you didn't pay him no equity either.

It was a few thousand bucks to build this basic version.

And my bookkeeper processed our first payroll and we saved around twenty four hundred dollars just on our first payroll alone and just accurate timesheets.

And she looked at me and she said, this is amazing.

Can you sell it?

and my brilliance, because I didn't, you know, it wasn't a prolific, you know, widespread concept to take instances of a software online and have, and sell them, you know, in a SaaS model.

And I said, I don't know.

So I call up Brandon, my co-founder, I said, Brandon, can we sell this?

And he said, oh yeah.

Brandon was my buddy that built that.
