It's a resume of everything I've ever screwed up, right?

And how to fix it.

And that's really the way that I look at it.

It's a field manual for getting better at this stuff.

Now, when it comes to overperformance versus drift, I think it really depends on where you are in your life cycle of.

Being an interviewer.

Because what I see is newer interviewers, they drift more because they don't have the scaffolding.

They don't have a plan in place.

And they're just excited to be there with the microphone on.

And they wander, and there's a lot of uh uhs and uhs, and tell me about that.

And then they fall into this point where they're talking about themselves, and then it wanders over here.

That's drift, and that's really just inexperienced.

Experience and lack of preparation.

What I see most though is the overperformance.

And I see that a lot because I'm shown by my algorithm daddy all of the podcasts that it thinks I'm interested in.

So I'm seeing higher-level podcasts.

And I see overperformance because the host typically makes it about them, right?
