Look, the referees award penalties and they haven't got a bloody clue why they're awarding the penalties.

They usually say set once and give a penalty.

And that is the injustice of our system.

That is a real injustice that scrum penalties dominate our games.

You only got a penalty if you were foul play or offside.

And that's what they want to take it back to.
