A lot of these changes are good, taking out many of the dull pieces of work.
But at the same time, change is always challenging.
Sometimes it can be easier for all of us to go on doing the things that we always used to.
Do rather than shifting, rather than trying to figure out how to do things we can't do.
And so whether it's as business leaders or as employees or yes, as educators, I think being ready for AI means taking a long, hard look at what we can do today, understanding what skills we're going to need for our job, and figuring out how to invest in them.
But I think with those investments, we can build really effective jobs for everybody and really effective careers that we can enjoy for the future.
So that brings us to the end of our season premiere.
Thank you so much for listening.
Please follow us so you don't miss an episode.
Be sure to tune in next time when I'll be talking to Donna Morris, who's an executive vice president and chief people officer at Walmart.
This has been Where AI Works, conversations at the intersection of AI and industry, brought to you by Wharton in collaboration with Accenture.
I'm Matthew Bidwell.
Thank you and goodbye.
