It's always about that team that team dynamic and trying to play for the next season, right?
It's that classic the you win the you not the we won the league, but you win the league and then the day after you start planning to win the league the next season, it's a different team potentially that's gonna have to have to deliver.

How do you think about that O seven, O six, O seven periods?
You came on, you were you've been in the firm a little while, but you're now taking over the leadership role.
I remember you were trying to bring in a bit of fresh blood, or you s that's how you articulated to me back in oh eight or whatever it was.
What were you what was your vision at the point, or what were you trying to achieve at that point, and how did that then come to play through?
was super tough.
I mean I remember so when I I came in obviously end of ten, start of eleven, and you we still had, you know, there was a renewables fund running, there was obviously all the stuff in Germany, there was still a c the tail end of the consumer stuff going.
Uh healthcare was still, you know, like healthcare was in like facilities and stuff like that.
So it was probably another
four years, five years, probably 14, 15 before like it finally became like we're going all all chips in, right?
I mean, there's it was obviously very concentrated already, but it was like there's not there's no way back.
