Yeah, no, and uh thanks for having me back on.
Uh it does feel like uh, you know, that age is kind of hitting me a little bit because it doesn't really feel to me like I got here, you know, that long ago.
It feels like I'm still the younger guy sometimes or the newer guy.
And then I look back and go, you know, there's a lot of players that I covered who are retired now, right?
That were in the league.
Uh guys that I watch their
Entire careers play out.
Like going to, you know, Kyle Rudolph, uh, his uh retirement thing, and Anthony Barr, those guys were young players when I showed up here.
And uh there's a lot of guys who are into their prime who are now long out of the league.
So uh it does feel a little bit strange.
Time goes by super fast.
And this decade of Vikings football, I do feel like I dropped in at a very fascinating time where this team has been.
Competitive and relevant a lot during my time covering them.
And yet, still I have uh zero appearances covering the Super Bowl for the Minnesota Vikings.
So, and really, you know, when you think about it, we are like closing in on 10-year anniversary of Minneapolis Miracle, which that really hits you hard to think about.
That is the last time that we could really say the Minnesota Vikings were in route to potentially.
potentially going to the Super Bowl, they haven't really got anywhere close since then.
So here we are again with another off scene season saying the same stuff of like, well, if all these things go right, then maybe it'll work this time.
Yeah, I mean, I I think when it comes to something like this, we really don't have very much information in general.
I mean, just in terms of practices that are open to the media, I think I counted five, maybe six practices to the media uh with OTAs and minicamp.
