I wanna emphasize to my Jewish listeners listening out there.

So, like in Jewish like so a lot of Jewish holidays, for those who don't know, right?

We have certain holidays where we cannot eat, right?

Yom Kippur, which is a fast day.

We have Passover, where we have to abstain from anything with uh leavened wheat in it, so no bread, no beer, no

you know, w whiskey, you know certain types of crackers, nothing nothing that has any of this leavening in it.

I wanna really emphasize to my to the autistic listeners here

that but all really to everybody.

Like you know, in Judaism we have this concept called Pikuach Nefesh.

Pikuach Nefesh, which means you know, like it's the concept of doing something to save a life.

And

We have a concept, right?

Like if you can't if you can't fast because you will be dysregulated, because that's going to cause you harm.

You don't have to do it.

Right.

You're not religiously uh you're actually obligated to not do it.
