I left school at sixteen and I actually attended uh Choffridge College to do level one catering.

It felt really slow pace for me because that prior

to join in had found a similar job between much easier series.

and um college.

So I kind of was already working in the background part time at a local gas company myself.

Um and then I actually went on work experience in the October uh half turn and that's where I met Andrew.

Oh, the right.

So Andrew's my current executive chef and I've worked with him for the last

Nine and a half years now.

And um ever since then we've worked with him but
