Oh but then I also earned restaurants takeaways in around surrounding areas.

So up to Buxton, Leeds and then even did a little stint in um Brussels and Belgium.

So a bit of a weird mix, but they've all they've always been

in that scene and then from that naturally my mum

And my uncle and aunties have always been around it as well.

Food was very much an epicenter of a lot of the things we do.

Not necessarily just it was a breakfast, lunch, dinner, you eat to survive sort of thing.

It was more it became a big event, especially matching with our culture as well.

So that's really

I wouldn't say it was destined, but there was definitely strong pushes towards, you know.

uh that direction.

I'd say one thing I've loved is

being so adaptable.

As chefs sometimes as well, you often have a lot of

sense of pride and sometimes you can be reluctant to other ideas.

But what I learned from my family, especially because they were, you know, a a foreign family moving to the UK, have to adapt with these surroundings, adapt with the times.

And that's why I think, you know, it's great to have core staples, but you have to move be able to move along and be fresh and be
