uh two three other hotels in Manchester.
What really appealed to me about this role was the fresh start and the fresh environment, the fresh faces, the fresh ideas.
Every every area is slightly different and what their food team needs or has more specialized in.
It's only forty miles away from but it's such a contrast from Manchester.
It was interesting for me at the time.
I was at a sti I was at a point in my career where I was just moving to my first senior sous chef role, which is the the first sort of senior management role in the kitchen.
