And I've always been one of the younger members of staff in the team and with peop with a lot of people knowing everyone and faces in Manchester, I thought a fresh start was really

it was optimal timing and the fact that, you know, it was Andrew who actually approached me and offered me this opportunity.

It it sounded like a a no brainer really.

The hotel itself is an absolutely stunning property.

I don't know if you guys have been, but it's you walk through the door and to this day I still go.

And not often you get that I I've been there two nearly two and a half years now.

And that is, you know, that's something to be very proud of.

And we guess the water is all the element of wild factor.

And then I just hope that the food lives up to that after that.

We have four four.

Three to our main outlets being um our Alacata Seaforth restaurant, which is uh Rosetta Awarded.

We have our Palm Court Bar and Lounge, which is more of a contemporary sort of casual area.

Then we have our uh botanic tea room, which is very classical afternoon tea.

That we try and stick to the tradition best we can.
