One, we think that it allows us to manage at a higher level and continue to manage and offer a offer a management product to a homeowner at a higher level.
That's very hard to compete with if you are

But it also allows us to move into other home services that um only support the homeowner further.
And we already sell a lot of in-house services to homeowners.
