Something like two-thirds of revenues these days for most teams is going to come from partnerships.
Are we actually an entertainment and hospitality and marketing business with a race team attached?
I know we're a race team and it all goes back to performance.
But that was a piece I didn't fully appreciate.
And I didn't fully appreciate how competitive that part was because we're actually competing not just with the other Formula One teams.
We're competing with Man United, Chelsea, the Yankees, Golden State, Dallas Cowboys, Real Madrid.
It's a global competition.
sports arena that we're trying to fight our way through when it comes to partnerships.
that's got a media arm or are you a media company that happens to race so you've sort of addressed that but they are multiple businesses aren't they no they really are and um it it and it takes all of the above to to make it tick and at the end of the day i do come back to um it need it needs to make financial sense um it needs to be financially sustainable um you know i think the reason that we had 154 teams go under over the years is because we never got to that point um you know it was a lot of
Private individuals throwing some money in for a while.
Big car companies, you go back to 2008 and we get a downturn and Honda, Toyota and BMW are just gone.
It has to make financial sense at the end of the day.
That loops back to cost cap.
It loops back to growing the sport and making it a bigger pie.
And I think we're getting to that point now where it is much more sustainable.
Well, in some ways, yes, even though a lot of the nuts and bolts are independent.
They're operated as somewhat independent businesses.
