I empathize with that position. Now, is it all attributable to one president and his team and his administration in the form of Joe Biden? No, I'm not suggesting that. OK, but there are things that happened that could have happened that should have happened. It didn't happen. And here we are. So I do this job. I became governor because I care about people. I want to serve people.

I want to see the people in Massachusetts served. My colleagues I work with and have the privilege of working with, the Democratic governors, believe in America, believe in the needs, the wants of America. of everyday Americans. So it's upsetting to be here, having this conversation with you in this moment. And I too ask, how the hell did we get here? Governor Healy, thank you very much.
