Because you wrote on LinkedIn not long ago that we shouldn't consider hotel tech as one thing because it's really, really different.
So can you dive in a little bit about what you mean by that and what the position is there?

So, because you just mentioned about like GMs becoming salespeople.
Look, it's a very different set of skills, right?
Jumping out from a GM to become a salesperson where I would say that resilience is the most important thing probably for a salesperson on being hit, hit and hit and just saying like, that's okay, that's okay.
It's not about me.
And it's a very different set of skills.
But when you come to, let's say, a similar type of position, if I would compare a front desk officer or manager in a hotel comparing to a customer experience manager or employee on a hotel tech, how different is their salaries?
