And they are like here in the Czech Republic, unfortunately, people work in service, work in hospitality, have the lowest pay of all industries across the country.
What's pretty shocking to a country or at least a region that depends so much in tourism and...
It's really not getting what they deserve.
Like these people have skills, right?
They can speak six, seven languages from English, Italian, French to Russian and German.
So they mix a very special set of skills and still the pace is pretty low.
And you said something very interesting that on the upsell part, because I believe that in every market they consider the front desk
to be doing up sales today, right?
To use the opportunity there and do up sales.
Many hotel tech companies are providing with this data, providing with the services and products to provide up sale.
However, when I speak to them, they don't feel like, they don't like to be salespeople.
