Let's talk about the training on onboarding as well.
That's what I love about this, trying to figure it out what we can do to keep people working in a hotel.
But at the same time, what the hoteliers can really do to make their lives better so they are happy working in a hotel, right?
And training, onboarding is crucial.
The turnover in hospitality is huge.
