Uh my dad obviously has experienced being in situations in the NHL that I've been through, so he knows uh knows what it's like.

So I kind of get the best of both worlds.

There between both parents, and my mom's definitely more of a you know hard-nosed thinker.

Um kind of tells me to you know get up off my ass when things aren't going so well and um keeps me motivated.

So it's uh it's definitely a best of both worlds, I guess.

Did you have a favorite player growing up?

Yeah, it was uh Joe Sakick.

Um we're 19 all my life growing up.

Uh being from Michigan at the time when the Red Wings and Colorado had that huge rivalry.

People had a a lot of questions.

But you picked Sakik over Izerman.

I did.

And I wore number nineteen and people thought it was for Iserman and then when I told them it was Sakic they gave me a little weird look.

So it was definitely a funny time period growing up.

But um yeah, Joe Sakik was my favorite.

Yeah, no, I always knew Bush was um, you know, going to be the the player he was in in London.

I always knew that.

Um the first year in London was um definitely a a different kind of year for him, obviously being a young guy, rookie.

But then that next season he really took a step, um, power play, playmaking, just everything more offensively and

But obviously you see him now in Edmonton.
