As a line, I've played on a lot of good teams and it wasn't always like every day you had a meeting with your line discussing where we can go and what we can improve and how we're going to improve it.

It was a true professional.
And like I said, his biggest quality is respect.
He always does it with the right tone and it's never yelling or making someone feel like they were wrong.
