And fiber, even though it's a non-digestible carbohydrate, I mean, it's still counted, not maybe in terms of net carbohydrates, but like a net carbohydrate contribution, but it's still like a form of carb.

yeah i would agree with that okay so when optimizing for skeletal muscle protein you would say is where we ought to put most of our effort because most people tend to be under consuming protein these days yes especially because um protein is set at a minimum and you know this is so fun that we get a chat
