So I was an origin originally going to call it the Shepton Convergence.

And that was because there was a convergence of themes that just layered one after the other on Shepton.

But I didn't think anybody would understand what Shep what what convergence meant.

So I uh the the working title is the Shepton Mythology, that's on the back, but the actual title is Shepton, the Myth, Miracle, and Music.

So when I was uh uh re researching this Shepton episode, certainly the connection between the song Timothy and cannibalism in Shepton, that was the first thing that drew my attention.

And in Shepton, three minors were entombed

Something like three hundred and thirty feet.

For two weeks and there was a miraculous rescue, but only two guys came out.

And the townspeople in Shepton, Oneida, tiny little patch towns in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Uh some of these aren't even on maps, they're so small.

But the people wanted to know what happened to the third minor.

And back then in 63, as well as today in 2003, there's still

allegations that they ate him, that there was cannibalism.

So that was the first thing.

Uh the other thing was

The miners claim that they saw the vision of Pope John the Twenty Third.

They claim that the Pope stayed with them in the mine for for that two week period.

Pope John XXIII had died in June of 63.

Shepton took place in August of 63.
