Timothy the song and the 1963 Shepton mining disaster.

I realized that this was more than just a rock mythology.

Something weird was happening in Shepton.

And for example, there were examples of out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences, and after life experiences.

I contend that Shepton, Pennsylvania, the 1963 mining disaster is the

most bizarre.

uh disaster uh ever in history.

And that's because of all the paranormal elements that seem to just uh piggyback on Shepton, one after the other, and hopefully we'll have some time to talk about

some of 'em or all of 'em, but Shepton is just bizarre.

So uh rather than writing that rock mythology, I wrote that book on Shepton, uh the myth, miracle and and music.

And then um

During the pandemic of twenty twenty, I finished the rock biography, which is called Somebody Else's Dream.

And then last month, as we as you indicated, my uh fifth book.

a coal region hoodoo was released.

So we're sort of gone full circle from rock journalism to the paranormal.

But again, I I I I I wanna explain that I didn't go looking for any paranormal um uh uh universe.

I just fell into it or it it drew me or whatever.

Something was channeled through me, but

Uh I'm enjoying this ride because it's just the most fascinating thing that I think I've ever done.
