Yes, both places have just been amazing.
It was so fun exploring yesterday and just seeing the authenticity of that town.
And then now we're here today.
It's a beautiful day.
It feels awesome out.
The girls are super excited to be here to play some football.
And I know some girls traveled a long way to be here and to learn how to play flag football.
So it's really cool to be a part of it and watching this younger generation kind of grow in that.
You cannot tell, they didn't know how to play at all.
They're very confident out there.
For sure.
I think sports teach us so much.
I kind of grew up wanting to try it all, experience it all.
So I did soccer, track, softball, and I ultimately ended up doing dance, which that's where I found my true passion.
So I also, like Maya, kind of started in middle school range, joined my middle school palms team, and then did competitive dance and then eventually in high school competitive cheerleading.
So that's where my kind of cheerleading career started.
And I saw NFL cheerleaders and just thought that would just be an awesome dream to attain, to get to continue to dance on that professional level when you kind of did it all growing up.
So it's something I always aspired to be.
And definitely it's fun now being on the reverse side of it where we're working with these younger girls and they're looking up to us.
And it's kind of, like you said, full circle.
