I actually just told my ex-husband about it two days ago.

And he was floored.

He had no idea that these things are the things that I was going through whenever we were together because this is very taboo.

It's very scary.

It's very isolating.

I did not have anyone to talk to.

I was so scared.

I didn't want my life to implode because of all of this stuff I was going through.

I just recently started doing a lot of research.

My new boyfriend and I are trying to have a child.

And so I started to think like, what if I do this again?

Maybe I need to like be more open.

I need to talk about this.

I need to tell people.

And so I started doing some research and like 10 to 20% of women actually experience postpartum depression.

It's like one in eight.

And most women usually will experience a little baby blues.
