So he gets our kids from daycare right now.

And we would not exist without daycare.

So God bless daycare.

But the idea is that by the time my kids are five and four, I am doing most of the sports pickups.

I am able to be super present with what my kids are doing and what I wanna do.

You know, the goal long term is

in my opinion, incredibly

incredibly valuable and certainly worth the work I'm putting in right now.

You know, this is a long term plan.

This is a, hey, we're in it to win it for for a really long time.

So I love that both my kids have been up to my office and

You know, we talk about mommy's office and we go all about it's hard, don't get me wrong.

It is a d difficult time, but I think every day of the week it's worth it.

And again, I think we're putting one foot in front of the other and every day isn't super.

But every day is progress, whether it's huge or just, you know, a centimeter, millimeter.

Yeah.

That was also, again, something I think COVID taught me initially.

And then certainly having two children 14 months apart is pivoting.

You know, like this was not the initial plan growth wise.

I would have loved to have hired a year ago.
