And I know that you've you've said this forever.

In my opinion, you know, I'm not in competition with anybody else.

And I do think that a rising tide lives all boats.

So if we are saying, hey, you know, we happen to love our ALS community and we do specialize here and that.

But if we didn't, I'm referring out.

You know, I do feel comfortable enough in what our office can do.

and what the services we can provide and I'm so proud of the

level of service we do provide, that if it's not our thing, I'm gonna send it to someone else.

And I think that, you know, as medical providers, again, our reminder is we're on a team.

And I'm gonna do my part of that team.

But if that's not my specialty, hey, let's go somewhere else, you know?

And we

built a network enough too and it's taken several years.

But now I do feel like we have a really good handle on resources.

You know, if it's out of my scope or if it's not my specialty, again, I'm gonna always treat someone like they're my mom or my sister.

I would want that care.

I know that people want that care themselves.

So I think when you lead that way,

You know, one, you get lovely patients.

And two, you get lovely professionals.
