So, um, yeah, one fourteen was always the plan.

Uh I

It was we actually dropped my opener.

Normally I would um open on like a one oh seven and I've been practicing one oh seven to one twelve, which is a huge jump for me.

I have been a two point five kilo jumper for years.

Um but I did still didn't feel very good in warm ups and I was like, James, just drop my opener and he's like, Yep, okay, and even though it looks fine, um we didn't want the same mistake on this

squats.

So uh we were like, we'll just do a bigger spread than you've ever done before um if it moves well.

So yeah, one oh five, one ten and then I was like, What do you think, James?

Like, um

We can go one twelve or one fourteen if you think I have it.

I have definitely held myself back a lot over the years with um numbers, you know, like with the weights because I usually say we'll walk off the platform and be like, nah, this number and then we put it in and actually there's more there.

So I'm learning the last few comps to just trust James to pick the number better.

Um and so yeah, he picked one fourteen and it was good.

It wasn't like deathly grindy, which I thought it would be.

Um when I did it in training it was a little bit harder.

Um yeah.
