boost and benefit and it'll be interesting to see kind of you know how they kind of get him back on track in terms of just some of the command stuff um that he's had some issues with in the last month or two um but overall i think it's a really good addition for them what are we expecting if anything between now and that 5 p.m deadline i mean we're getting down to the nitty-gritty here and trades are being fired off uh seemingly every five to ten minutes

I mean, I think Clay Holmes makes a lot of sense for them.
I mean, he was so good before having the leg fracture, and he's ready to come back from his rehab assignment from that.
And so that really adds a lot of upside, obviously.
They tried to get controllable starting pitching last trade deadline and couldn't get that to happen.
Can they make that happen before 5 p.m.

Obviously, the Angels read Detmers as a notable name.
Regardless if they add another starter, I think you want to try and find at least another reliever.

I mean, you know, obviously they've seen a lot of success with that the last couple of years with Shota and what he's able to do with that combination.
I think just the ability to change the hitter's eyes with that kind of pitch combination.
