You should really vividly try to imagine what that pain felt like or try to like identify what the value of that pain is when you experienced it.
And that should be what you base your valuing on now.
You shouldn't care less about that pain because it's already over.
You should try to put yourself in the moment and base your judgment on that.
Likewise, if your boss says, Hey, how much do I owe you for that boring data entry work he did last week?
Don't just rattle off a figure based on how much you feel now.
Put yourself vividly back in that situation of doing that boarding data entry work.
think about how much you're owed once you're vividly in that situation and then put your price on it.
