We're going to bring in our legal panel in a minute, but I just want to give you guys an update on what happened with that, the push.
Now we've seen the affidavit in support of arresting more people inside of that church.
Not the people, but the protesters.
It's stunning.
Okay, it's stunning.
It's not going well for the government right now, but again, this grand jury starts tomorrow, we're told.
And so almost certainly they're going to go before that grand jury and try to get these charges.
You know, will they succeed with a Minneapolis?
It's still Minneapolis grand jurors.
They tend to do a little better in federal court.
So we'll see.
But.
There's absolutely no guarantee.
Look what happened in Washington, D.C.
They wouldn't indict that guy.
It was on tape, him throwing that subway and hitting the cop with it.
