They did not make Trump's criminality a big enough political issue.
Joe Biden said, I want to stay above the fray.
Merrick Garland said, I want to stay out of it.
And you know what happened?
Donald Trump was able to frame the entire thing as a witch hunt, as partisan, as people abusing the DOJ.
In fact, Joe Biden and the Democrats should have come out much earlier, on January 21st, 2021, and called out Donald Trump's criminality from day one.
