AND I THINK THAT IS A REAL DEMOCRATIC DYSFUNCTION IF OUR PEOPLE'S REPRESENTATIVES CANNOT REFLECT THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE ON THIS VERY IMPORTANT FOREIGN POLICY ISSUE.
