I can tell you conversion rate.
I can tell you leads generated.
I can tell you the size my database needs to be for the numbers that I need to hit.
I know the activity I need to be doing this week in order to hit those targets.
If you can't tell me that, then you've got a problem in your business.
So you need to go and figure that out.
And then you can give it away because then you can keep an eye on it versus if you hire everyone for everything early on, then you don't know if they're doing a good job or not.
I taught myself Facebook ads.
I don't intend to hold on to them forever.
But when I hand them across to someone, I want to understand, are they doing a good job?
Is the spend worth it?
I want to be able to speak their language.
So it's doing the same in your business.
You don't need to hold that skill and be doing it all the time.
But in order to make great strategic decisions, I don't want to be at the mercy of someone else holding that knowledge.
So financial empowerment for me means I can sleep at night knowing that I'm being proactive rather than reactive.
It means I have choice.
So it means that my finances are set in such a way that I have choice and options for what I'm going to do in my life.
But also I've got that knowledge to where I can make decisions versus having someone tell me what I should do.
So I see at the moment, let's just look at property where, yes, there's less people at auction places.
