So I pretty much shut it down.
And my clue, or my cue, I should say, to when to turn it on is when I sit down and meditate for a couple minutes, like I said, and I really do a quick meditation to tune into my guides and to tune into the other side.
And that's kind of when I turn it on and I open up.
However, having said that, it does not mean that I don't feel people's energy.
So if I feel somebody's energy that I'm not attracted to or that I don't like at all, I try and steer clear of them.
It doesn't mean that I'm talking to their dead people and it doesn't mean that I'm picking up on what they ate for breakfast or that I'm reading their mind, which is also another common question.
It just means that I can feel their energy and I don't really like it, which is one of the things that I tell other people all the time is that, you know,
If you walk into a room filled with people and you feel really uncomfortable and it feels really heavy and really dark, turn around and walk back out.

Well, I mean, when I'm doing readings for other people, I try and keep my own emotions out of it.
But I am like a little kid.
I love when I get a psychic hit that there's no way we could have known.
There's no way I could have known something.
And I just love when that happens because it just validates and proves to me how amazing doing this work is.
And it helps to validate for my client or for the other person with me how amazing this is as well.
So it makes me really, really happy to do this work.
I really love it.
