And I think that adds to them feeling like themselves because they always are aware of the plan that's in front of them.
He never wants anybody feeling in the dark.
He even pinch ran for Pete Alonzo at one point and Pete was like, no, no, no, I'm good.

And he goes...

So even, you know, you're having that chat with a guy like him.
It's been awesome to watch.
He really is.
And it's so funny because I remember the first time finally meeting him in the Orioles clubhouse.
And I just kind of felt, you know, is he aware that the cameras aren't on right now?
He can just be, he can be himself.
And that was him being himself.
He can be pretty animated.
And usually you see the guys, they'll get a little quieter, more reserved, whatever it is, as they hit that 10-year mark.
