I would say working at Microsoft in the early years.

I worked there for nine years.

I was a computer science undergraduate, went straight to business school, and then boom, straight to Microsoft.

And I was quite young when I started.

There were very few women in tech.

And because I had this computer science background and this business background, it was a natural fit.

And I was a part of a class of MBAs.

The first class that was there, there were 10 of us, nine guys, and me.
