It will be more than that because you're slicing the payments up.

So I'm thinking I'm spending 20 bucks instead of 100 bucks.

So it's about then manufacturing that money environment that can cause us pain to counter the effects of our modern society.

But if we don't realise that and if we're just perpetually beating ourselves up and feeling that shame because we can't control ourselves, then that's what I want to counteract in the book.

That's why I want to have these conversations to say, hey,

Maybe modern society is actually setting us up for failure.

Maybe the financial, the rules that we've held aren't going to work now.

So maybe it's about understanding who we are and setting up something right for us.

Yep.

And I believe it starts with understanding who you are and then setting up the system that's right for you and that will protect you as you move towards those goals that you are excited about.
