And then he puts the faces on the table and he meditates on them.

And he does this sort of thing on your faces or whatever.

And he just kind of hones in on, and he was like, this is the girl, you know, that iconic line.

And that was me singing the song.

And so I got the part just based on a Polaroid.

And then when I showed up to set, he just was so emotional because he said better than I expected.

You know, he was very kind man.

But the funny thing was, is I had a very large role.

I had a huge role and it was me, Naomi and Laura Herring.

And it was a pilot for ABC.

And so I thought we were doing a TV show.

So my role was going to go on for many, many years.

And then all of a sudden he calls.

I just got married.

I got married in Bali.

I get a call from David Lynch.

I think the wedding was a few days before the phone call.

And he said, it's your dear friend, David, Melissa.
