My mom, she was having issues and she tried a couple different things, and we went to um this place in Burlington called the womb and she saw uh pelvic therapist and life changing.

And it's interesting because my mom was so afraid of the options for her at her age.

I think pessary is the the proper term and she was worried about it and I

said to the lady, I said, you know, what about menstrual cups?

And she's like, Yeah, they're great.

She goes, I could teach you how to do it and I was like, Oh but I see people use them all the time and I'm like

Yeah, I don't know.
