Why am I taking so long?

So we want to give the brain something to think about instead of the dishes, the lunches, work, whatever.
focus on sensation or pleasure in your body.
So the somatic tool is called placement of awareness.
Where is your awareness?
Is it on what's happening tomorrow, your partner's orgasm?
How can you bring it into your body?
Which is focusing on the tongue on your clitoris, how that feels.
It feels a little bit tingly.
Oh, that feels actually really good.
Even narrating the experience to yourself can really help people, especially with ADHD, lock into the present moment of pleasure.
So breathing as well.
Okay, I'm in my head, I'm thinking about lunch boxes.
Do I have enough bread?
I'm just gonna take a breath.
okay, I'm just going to reset that.
It's okay that I'm in my head.
