Sometimes naming it to your partner.
So this is something that I did with Steve and it was amazing where I was in my head and I would say to him, babe, I'm in my head.
And he would say, I gave him these prompts, things that would be helpful.
We discussed it.
I said, you know, placing a hand on my chest and guiding us to take a breath together, reassuring me that it's okay, that I'm taking as long as I need to, that we've got all night, blah, blah, blah.
So I would say this, babe, I'm in my head again.
Okay, let's just take a breath again.
It's all good, babe.
Or he would say, it doesn't matter how long you're taking.
We've got all night.
I love being down here.
And psychologically, your thoughts impact your body.
And vice versa, right?
If you're in your hair going, how long am I taking?
It's going to tense up your body.
And that pressure is going to short circuit your pleasure.
