And most men will start like way over halfway up the peak arousal and will go, yep, yep, yep, and then drop off.
And women will start all the way at the bottom and then slowly make their way up.
And I kind of use the analogy of like a lot of female bodies are an oven where you turn it on, you warm it up.
We preheat the oven before we put something in there to cook it, you know, pun intended.
And a lot of male bodies are gas hobs.
Where it's like you turned it on, the flame's there, it's ready to go.
You can almost instantly cook something within a couple of minutes.
So it's like when we acknowledge that we are so different and that it's okay that I'm an oven that needs preheating, we learn to work with that.
Cool, let's focus on your body first.
If you get super aroused super quickly, let's pleasure you, but then let's slow you back down so we can try and meet each other more.
somewhat at our arousal levels rather than like you get really roused I take ages this isn't going to work I'm just going to fake it just to get this over and done with or don't worry about me don't worry about my pleasure you know so
I think it's great to even change that to like you take the perfect amount of time.
Your body's got its own timeline.
How can you respect that and work with it rather than like shaming yourself or judging yourself just because your partner can get there a lot quicker than you.
I mean, there's so many different things that can...
It's so frustrating.
