There's so many different things that can stop the oh happening.
We can list a few.
One being in your head.
It's just like, am I going to get there?
Am I going to get there?
The more, okay, you're putting pressure, pressure, pressure, pressure on yourself, and then it goes.
It's like, you're putting so much pressure on me.
I'm out of here, right?
Your whole body, like what's actually physiologically happening is there's tension, there's tension, there's tension, so much tension that you just restrict that and you're back to baseline.
And P.S., even if you do drop off and you just lose it, try and bring yourself back up again.
So many people are like, oh, I've lost it, forget it.
That took me so much effort to get there.
It could be that someone's rhythmically moved the motion.
You know, women tend to work really well with rhythmic motion, the same thing over and over again.
Don't try 50 of your tricks in 10 minutes.
Don't mix it up.
If something's working, just keep rhythmically doing that.
I don't care if you've got sore jaw, locked jaw, keep doing it.
Um, yeah, so it's, it's getting in your head.
